Hi, I’m Thiago Gonçalves Pêgo — CEO & Founder of Studio Qreate, a high-end, digital-first creative agency delivering bespoke, identity-driven marketing for brands, entertainers, and visionaries around the world.

As a bilingual creative strategist and former educator, I bring over a decade of experience bridging education, operations, and culture-forward marketing. My journey began in São Paulo, Brazil, where I taught English and became Regional Academic & Operations Coordinator for Wise Up, overseeing multiple campuses and spearheading innovative, student-centered programs.

After moving to the U.S., I founded Frolic, a nationally recognized platform centering Queer and Trans People of Color. As Executive Director, I led its growth from a local nightlife event to a multi-city cultural movement across 18+ cities — driving national brand partnerships, digital campaigns, and community engagement strategies.

With Studio Qreate, I’m now channeling that same energy and expertise into building a global creative house rooted in unapologetically queer storytelling, intentional strategy, and sophisticated design. Our mission is to craft elevated, human-centered digital experiences that move culture forward — with a sharp eye for identity, narrative, and impact.

I specialize in combining operational rigor with creative vision — from brand launches to multi-platform storytelling campaigns. Whether building community, managing teams, or creating from scratch, I lead with authenticity, insight, and a deep commitment to inclusive innovation.
